Reservations (required to guarantee entry) are available on the calendar below.


  • It's a (busy) summer of joy! Reservations are required to guarantee entry. Those without a reservation will be admitted as space allows.
  • Making a reservation is free. General admission guests (including Explorer Pass/SNAP participants) pay upon arrival. 
  • Guests must check-in within 15 minutes of their reservation time. (For guests arriving outside of the 15-minute window, entry is not guaranteed and subject to availability.) 
  • Email to cancel your reservation.
Museum Experience

  • Adventure Forest may close due to inclement weather, including high temperatures. All climbers must be 5 years old or 44 inches tall. Last entry to Adventure Forest is 3:30 pm. Adventure Forest is closed on the first Wednesday of every month for routine maintenance.
  • Food can only be consumed in designated seating areas, including the Café, Joy Park and Skyline South (as available).
  • Masks are optional for all guests and staff.
  • Children and adults must stay together. No adults are allowed in the Museum without a child, and no child without an adult.
