Pickling is the ancient culinary craft of preserving foods in salt brine or vinegar. Learn how to make quick pickles and fermented pickled carrots, then taste and take some to enjoy at home! All ages.Please note: Adults must purchase their own ticket. One adult per 3 children required. Workshop is limited to 16 people total. Workshop ticket purchases are non-refundable but are transferable. Must be a current member to receive member discount.
