We offer public cooking classes, fee-based workshops, live demos or delicious samples of homemade food in The Teaching Kitchen. Each day is different!
March is all about seasonal citrus, grapefruit, while April will focus on the sweet and sour cherry! All recipes, demonstrations and tastings include the ingredient of the month. In March, look out for tasty treats like grapefruit smoothies or grapefruit ricotta parfaits and in April, cherry cobbler.
Practice your culinary skills by making French cuisine like crepes and pastries with our friends from the French Alliance! Please note: these cooking classes will not feature our ingredient of the month.
Join Children's Hospital Colorado's Executive Chef in The Teaching Kitchen for monster fun! We'll create edible monsters out of hard boiled eggs, julienned veggies, pretzel sticks and other delicious options. Bring your imagination and your appetite!
We'll have tasty samples of homemade food, live demonstrations or a special StoryTime that is all about food.
