Delicious Summer Treats - a dairy month celebration
Tuesday, June 13, 10 am, 11 am and 12 pm

Learn to make a refreshing salad with our friends from Western Dairy Association to celebrate Dairy Month in June. Layer fresh basil, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese to make a classic Caprese.

Did you know? Natural cheese is made from four basic ingredients: milk, salt, "good bacteria" and the enzyme rennet. From there, cheesemakers can adjust the basic recipe to make all of the cheeses we know and love.
