The Children’s Museum of Denver is a truly magical place! With inventive Playscapes, a theater, café, and grand plaza with beautiful views of the city, your next gathering can be absolutely extraordinary. Whatever your imagination conjures up, this 10,000 square foot space is adaptable to accommodate a variety of functions; meetings, focus groups, weddings, fundraisers, evening galas, receptions and family reunions.
As a unique option, our staff can plan exciting, educational programs and activities tailored to your group’s needs and we can recommend excellent vendors for catering and equipment rentals. There are several rental options available during or after regular business hours. The Museum
Capacity: 500
Full use of the Museum including the Program Playhouse (Theater), all Playscapes and public areas. Available after regular business hours: $1,200 for three hours for up to 100 guests, $100 each additional hour.
Program Playhouse (Theater)
Capacity: 100 Lecture-Style or 50 Meeting-Style
Available during business hours: $300 for two hours, $150 each additional hour.
WillitWorks (Focus group and training room)
Capacity: 45
Available during business hours: $200 for two hours, $100 each additional hour. Use of the Observation Room and equipment (perfect for focus groups) is an additional $50 an hour.
The A to Z Room
Capacity: 30
Available during business hours: $160 for two hours, $80 each additional hour.
The Plaza
Capacity: 250+
Includes plaza in front of the Children’s Museum of Denver, as well as the admissions area and bathrooms. Available after regular business hours: $600 for three hours, $200 each additional hour.
Other charges may apply depending on guest numbers, hours and required amenities.
